If a page has a fee, deadline, hour count or rule wrong, email corrections@tradesprimer.com.

What should I include?

• The page address.
• What it says now and what it should say.
• A link to the board page, statute section or notice that shows the right answer. A rule change that hasn't taken effect yet needs its effective date.

What gets fixed, and how fast?

We check the report against the source it cites. If the source backs it up, the page is corrected in the next site update, usually within two business days, and the footnote shows the new read date.

License records are copied from each state's public license file, so a wrong status, class or expiry date has to be fixed by the board. Once the board's file changes, the record page changes with the next file we load. The board's own lookup is the current record in the meantime.

Records about you

For a license held by a person, we show the name, city, license classes, status and expiry date from the board's file. No home address, phone number or email.

To ask us to review or remove a record about you, email corrections@tradesprimer.com with the state and license number. A business record stays up while the board publishes it, but we review every request about an individual.
