Privacy

Trades Primer uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Our web host keeps standard request logs (page, time, browser, approximate location from the IP address) for security and traffic counts.

The license lookup sends the state and license number you enter to our server to find the record, the same way any page request does.

We don't sell data, and we don't run ad networks that track you across sites.

Contractor records come from state licensing boards' public files. For people licensed as individuals we show only the name, city, license classes, status and expiry date, and never a home address, phone number or email.

To ask about this page or have a record corrected, email corrections@tradesprimer.com.
